“Merlot, marselan and syrah from Sablet are blended here in concrete vats to produce a red with a bloody profile, velvety texture and fresh tannins. A nice smoky touch and hints of mint on the finish. If the wine lacks a bit of generosity, it nevertheless offers a good balance and a rather delicate flesh. To be enjoyed with a leg of lamb with mint. “
