Domaine des Pasquiers – Gigondas 2022 : 15.5
“50% Grenache, 50% Syrah. Vinified and aged for nine months in concrete tanks. Certified organic.
Tasted blind. A blend of red and dark fruits on the nose – clove and wet tobacco. The tannins are fine-grained but very firm and dominant at the moment. Needs time to settle – the ripe red fruits lurk beneath, waiting to show themselves. (AC) 15%
