Our wines have been selected in the Guide Hachette des vins 2022:
Domaine des Pasquiers – IGP Vaucluse 2019 :
Guide commentary : “20% marselan spices up this blend of merlot and syrah, giving to discover the assets of this cross between grenache and cabernet-sauvignon. A velvety, deep garnet color, barely hemmed in with copper, a complex nose of fruit (raspberry, black currant), spices (licorice, clove) and menthol set the tone. The mouth? After a supple attack, it deploys a beautiful volume supported by discreet and melted tannins. The finish, with fine notes of chocolate and roasted hazelnut, gives relief to this balanced wine. Aromas and energy. 2021-2025″
Domaine des Pasquiers – Gigondas 2019 :
Guide commentary : “Half-grenache, half-syrah, this red is still a bit on the back burner and has not seen the wood. The result is a clean nose of fresh raspberry and balsamic notes. The red fruit predominates in the mouth as well, bringing a lot of freshness to a fluid and persistent matter. The small tannic touch on the finish indicates an interesting potential for this already charming fruit wine. 2021-2025″
Domaine des Pasquiers – CDRV Sablet 2020 :
Guide commentary : “Young vines of marsanne, roussanne and clairette have given birth to this pale and limpid 2020, with a nose guided by white fruit and apricot, fresh, tonic, floral (lily of the valley), with a good volume, hemmed in with a little fat for complexity. A white wine that invites to go to the table. 2021-2024″
Domaine des Pasquiers – Côtes du Rhône 2020 :
Guide commentary : “This Côtes-du-Rhône gives pride of place to Grenache (75%), vinified separately from Syrah (25%) to benefit from the full maturity of each variety. The frank nose opens with notes of red fruits (redcurrant, cherry) and pepper, which are found in a full mouth, elegantly spiced (juniper berry, clove) and structured by tannins still firm. A beautiful wine that will require a little more patience in the cellar. 2022-2025″
