“50% Grenache, 50% Syrah. Co-fermented. Aged for nine months in concrete tanks. Certified organic (AB Agriculture Biologique).
Tasted blind. A touch reduced at the moment on the nose. Ripe fruits and structured tannins on the attack. Medium-bodied, with a sweetness of fruit and a savoury, earthy note underneath. Attractive. (AC)“
